• NO initial or annual fee for distributorship
• The initial buy in for distribution is 100 units
• Minimum order for distributors  is 50 units
• The pricing matrix is based on calendar year quantity purchasing
• 2nd tier price breaks begin @ 300 units – 3rd tier breaks begin @ 600
